I LOVED these trousers....however, being somewhat vertically challenged, sadly had to return. They could not be shortened as this would have changed the whole look/design. Come on 78zin, give us shorties a chance and bring in a petite range PLEASE!

I was shocked and very disappointed to discover on a second try on that one trouser leg was 4-5cm shorter than the other leg!! This caused me great inconvenience, considerable extra cost and to almost be without a complete outfit the day before an event. I was forced to outlay more money to order another pair of the same trouser, in the hope that the quality was much better as I did like the matching jacket and wanted the set. Fortunately, the second pair were far more even in length however, the greatest inconvenience was to come in having cancelled an order of a pair of heels after the first try on (thinking that I required a flat shoe), then out laying more money on a flat shoe. I then realised how ridiculously uneven the trouser length was on a second try on with said flat shoes, resulting in complete panic stations and realisation that I required a heeled shoe after all!! I had to outlay even more money the day before my event on panic buying heeled shoes and ran around other retailers collecting them, a matter of hours before my event was due to start!! Wholly unacceptable quality of clothing resulting in wholly unacceptable levels of inconvenience and costs in order to resolve!!
