my necklace arrived like this all tangled are photos above and took me well over twenty minutes to untangle. It looks nice when first put in on but it 鈥渒nots鈥� all day so the two circles do not keep apart and looks nothing like the photo advertised. Would not recommend this or Oliver bonas customer service - a really insincere sorry and a 拢5 voucher to line their pockets again - not!

First time I've ordered anything online rather than in store. I ordered a dual chain pendant gold necklace as a birthday present for my sister. I love this necklace: it is exactly what I鈥檝e been looking for. I had bought another one (not gold plated) from a different high street shop which tangled really easily (don鈥檛 think the chains had been put on correctly) and quickly tarnished. Looks very pretty but can be a bit difficult to get the dual layers to sit right. But the design is very nice and you have the option to extend and shorten the length depending of the neckline of the clothing you are wearing with necklace.
