I was super excited to pick up the bag and get home and open it up!
Loved the paper packaging and the bag was wrapped and well protected.
It’s so sparkly and made me smile so much.
Unfortunately my heart sank when I unzipped it to find the bottom of the lining had a 3.5” hole at the bottom!! (Photo attached).
I wasn’t able to exchange as it had sold out, and I was torn to return.
Thankfully I’m competent with a needle and thread, so was able to sort it. But really disappointed as it took the shine off my experience and expectation of the quality of the bag.
Granted, it did come with a warning label to advise due to the nature of the gems it may snag some fabrics, and over time the gems may drop off, but I wasn’t expecting a blaring obvious 3.5” seam not sewn & not flagged up on inspections prior to packaging!
I still love the bag, but it has left a bitter taste to what should’ve been a happy ending.78zinHi there,
