    Spacemask: Open your Spacemask sachet, which will begin to heat up immediately, and pop over your eyes to enjoy approximately 20 minutes of dreamy, relaxing warmth.
    Pillow spray: Spray a light mist of pillow spray over your pillow and bed linen just before sleep. Inhale and relax.
