Behind the design
Inspired by bolster cushions, the shape of the Musa chair was designed and developed in the 78zin creative studios to create the ultimate reading chair. ‘To start, multiple design options were drawn by hand and edited in photoshop to add fabrics and finishes, before being rendered into 3D sketches,’ explains Senior Home & Gift Designer, Lois Vincent.
The main design consideration was the cylindrical, bolster-inspired shape, designed to cocoon and support your back. ‘When the team first sat in the chair, we couldn’t believe how comfortable it was,’ says Senior Furniture Buyer, Freja Ewers. Musa is upholstered in a natural boucle and aqua velvet to create two very different chairs, paired with elegantly curved wooden legs and a deep seat.

Will my furniture arrive assembled?
Most of our furniture will be delivered fully or partially assembled to keep things nice and simple. If any assembly is required, this will be detailed on the product page alongside specific assembly and care information.
What size is this furniture?
All our furniture has the weight, dimensions and boxed dimensions on the product page. When measuring your space, use the boxed dimensions to determine whether it will fit through the doors during delivery. Your order will be taken to your room of your choice, as far as the second floor. Heavier furniture will only be delivered to the ground floor, so please check the product page before purchasing.
